Hello there, I'm Heather! I am so happy you're here. I was born and raised in South Dakota but the Tennessee mountains called me here four years ago. Luckily, I married my high school sweetheart and we now live on nine acres with our three boys, Noah, David and Benji. I am a wedding and lifestyle family photographer. Which means, I get to not only be with you on your wedding day but I get to see your family grow through the years. That's what it's all about for me. I am here to give you moments you can hold on to. Moments you can relive whenever you want. I am an empath and I feel others emotions just as deeply as I do my own. This is what makes my job so special, I am able to capture these moments for you but also feel those moments. It's quite impossible to leave a session with me without us becoming friends. I love the people I photograph and I love what I do. Whatever session it is, wedding or lifestyle, I am here for you! I am here to fix your dress, make sure your hair looks good, and make sure you are having the time of your life. Church has impacted my life in ways I can't begin to explain. We are truly blessed. We serve in our local church in Corryton, TN and stay active in our community. Jesus has transformed my life and continues to work on me daily!
FRIENDSHIPS
Friendships make me who I am. I thrive off of knowing and understanding people. Being there for people means a lot to me, and becoming friends with my clients is pretty much automatic! I love having a community of people around me who lift me up and love people immensely.
COFFEE
Coffee is so good for me. It wakes me up and gives me the push to get started with my day! You can usually find me working and editing at a coffee shop. I like to take my coffee black sometimes, but who doesn't love a good latte? Specifically a brown sugar oat milk one! I love lazy Saturdays staying in my robe drinking coffee and snuggling my kids.
MOTHERHOOD
Motherhood is the greatest gift I could have asked for. I have always wanted to be a mother! My children are my life and there is no better calling. I love being a boy mom. All the dirty, messy, loud and broken parts. I love it all!

MY PHILOSOPHY
As long as I can remember, I have loved photography. It runs in my family and I knew this is what I wanted to do. This field has allowed me to connect and meet so many people. I have felt called to this field for years and am so glad I'm doing it. I see the details of life and that's what my business is all about. The little moments that life gives us is what I love to capture. I freeze in time your children laughing and snuggling up to you. I capture the raw, intimate moments that you get to hold on to forever. It is so much more than a job to me, it's a passion. I don't just meet new people, but I am able to build relationships and consider my clients friends, even family. I am giving you those little moments, the details of your life, for you to relive time and time again. I am so excited to meet you and be a part of saving your memories forever.
